“I was $120k in debt from getting my Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing , and then going for my Master’s of Science in Nursing. Kourtni instructed me on how to complete the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) application, and I am ecstatic to say that I was able to get that debt cleared. ”
Kourtni has been such an inspiration to me over the past few years. She is an ambitious, career driven woman who is also financially literate. I feel that as a first generation immigrant in America, I don’t have a lot of resources here. There are financial and social barriers present for me that are out of my control. Instead of focusing on my shortcomings, I look to build a community of people that can guide me to success. I am grateful to say that Kourtni is a perfect example of this statement. She shared the importance of homeownership with me, starting from as young as 23 years old. Additionally, she also provided me with resources on how to get my student loans forgiven. I was $120k in debt from getting my Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing , and then going for my Master’s of Science in Nursing. Kourtni instructed me on how to complete the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) application, and I am ecstatic to say that I was able to get that debt cleared. I am so grateful for your guidance. I hope you can continue to provide financial literacy to our community, especially to other young Black Women like me.

"I gained a great deal of insight after conversing with her on many occasions about real estate investing, various ways to improve my credit score, and financial management."
Kourtni has been a great coworker, friend, and inspiration to me since meeting her at work in 2020. I was amazed at how literate she was in the real estate and financial sector. She is an extremely driven and career-oriented woman who also possesses an extensive knowledge of financial literacy. Prior to meeting Kourtni I was in the dark about a lot things when came to financial management, the importance of my credit score, and real estate investing. I gained a great deal of insight after conversing with her on many occasions about real estate investing, various ways to improve my credit score, and financial management. She exemplifies the meaning of what it is to be young and on track to financial freedom and literacy. She shared her personal story of how she got started in real estate at such a young age. She was also extremely helpful in providing me with resources on how to get my student loans forgiven. I was $75K in debt from getting my Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice and my two-year degree in Nursing. Kourtni provided me instructions on how to complete the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) application, and I was astonished when I discovered that my school debt had cleared. I am so thankful and grateful for your mentoring. I hope you can continue to provide financial literacy to the general community, single women, and those just getting started in their financial journey.
